Gold FISS/CSCS Supervisors Card

The Gold FISS/CSCS card is for Fencing Supervisors and Contract Managers

This is the card that construction sites and employers require for fencing supervisors

It meets contractual requirements for both VRS and General Fencing supervisors

 

How to Gain a Gold FISS/CSCS Supervisors Card

To gain a Gold FISS/CSCS card, you must

  • Hold a Level 3 diploma in Fencing Supervision
  • Attend and pass a Site Supervisors Safety Training scheme (SSSTS) course
  • Pass the CITB Health, Safety and Environmental test for Supervisors

 

Card Life Span and Renewal Process

The card is valid for 5 years, after which you must renew your card by

  • Attend and pass an SSSTS refresher or full course
  • Pass the CITB, Health, Safety and Environment test for supervisors (touchscreen)
  • You do not need to redo your Level 3 qualification, because that is valid for life

Please note that your SSSTS and CITB H, S & E test must be less than 2 years old at the time of renewal
